I don’t know what the gift wrap situation is in your house, but my husband is NOT a fan of having tons and tons of rolls. In fact, he has told me that he would be perfectly happy using up an entire roll before ever buying another one.
I’m not a fan of the art of gift wrapping (I wrap presents like a 5 year old…no, seriously). But I DO appreciate having a little variety in my wrapping paper choices (or, let’s be real, my gift bag choices). So we compromise, and I only purchase 2 or 3 rolls every year to replace the ones that get used up. I show EPIC restraint during the after Christmas sales, let me tell you!
Even so, over the years all of our gift wrap supplies have grown a bit, and take up 2 boxes that slide under the bed instead of just 1. Basically, it’s a mess, and for the size house we have (under 1400 square feet) wrapping paper is taking up too much precious real estate.
The folks at Wrap iT recently asked me to try out their product designed to organize gift wrap. When it came in the mail, I set it out next to all of our supplies and thought, “Um, I don’t think so!”
So I got the storage bag, which is designed to go under your bed, or even hang up in the closet if you like. Even though I noted all the pockets and storage areas, I still wasn’t convinced that it was going to hold everything.
So then I started finding homes for everything, and little by little, my big pile of wrapping paper supplies started to dwindle.
I kept the birthday wrapping paper on one side, and the Christmas wrap on the other. The inside of the Wrap iT also had space for tape and ribbons.
The outside of the Wrap iT had a lot of pockets, and that’s where I put my boxes, tissue paper, gift bags, gift tags, scissors, markers and bows.
Yes, indeed, the Wrap iT held that entire pile of stuff. And now the space we have devoted to storing gift wrap supplies is cut in half, and instead of having to drag out two boxes any time we want to wrap something, we only have to reach for one thing.
I’ve seen it with my own two eyes, friends, the Wrap iT works! If you want to see for yourself how Wrap iT works (in 100 seconds!) check out this video.

We use trash bags and keep under our bed, untll, my DH took it upstairs. He said he would go up and get it when we needed it (I can’t walk up the stairs-disabilty). So when he does go up to get it, the rolls are all smooshed. Not a good way to keep at all.
Thanks for the chance,

Right now I have an Rubbermaid container but it’s only long enough for the shorter rolls so the longer rolls are stuck in my closet which doesnt work cause the edges get damaged…..sometimes I shove rolls under thr bed where they are promptly forgotten. This would be very nice to win to have a property sized container for everything and also to keep it all together so I’m not hunting for stuff when I need to wrap something,,,,love the extra pockets for stuff….. Scissors are always misplaced at my house…..I have many pairs and it’s need unusual to need a pair and they are missing, same with tape….go into my teenage step daughters room at any time and you are guaranteed to find 3-4 or more pairs of scissors or several rolls of tape so would def keep tape and scissors in here so I’d also have them handy and never be looking…. this would be perfect to hold everything….thanks for the chance to win!

I store gift wrap in a corner of the office closet. It WOULD work well, but my toddler always knows when there is something cool behind a closed door and loves to get in there and tear it apart.

I currently keep all my stuff in two different under bed storage bins. they’re large and bulky, but they keep the contents safe from cats and dust. unfortunately they don’t actually fit under the bed, so I store them in the attic, which makes them hard to pull out, especially when you just need to wrap up one little thing.
Katie Bellamy says

I just store my wrapping paper in the closet, and yep when I try to go and get it, some of it has fallen, and all scrunched up and can’t use it, so I have to cut it off…and all my tags and such I think every year, I’m going to put these up so I know where they are…and when I go to look for them I can never find them, so I go and buy more..and when I’m not looking for the ones I lost, i find them…I can honestly say my way is definitely not working for me, in fact it is a total nightmare

Mine goes in a closet. And every time I open the door it falls out. And it ends up unraveling a bit and crinkling and every Christmas, I end up going thru and cutting off all the crinkled stuff. What a waste!

I am currently using a plastic (under the bed) type of wrapping paper container. It works as far as keeping everything in one spot but I would love to find a better solution where I could store bags, tape, ribbon, etc in there own area not just thrown in together.

I store everything in a large gift bag and when that falls apart, I use another gift bag. A Wrap iT would be a great way to store all our wrap and gift bags, etc. Thanks.

I have two of those long gift wrap boxes. One is for Christmas wrapping paper rolls and the other is for general use. The problem is the Christmas one has little trays that sit on top for ribbon and accessories so I have to get out Christmas paper every time I wrap anything. My gift bags are all in a big bag. I have additional sheets of paper in a box.

My wrap is in an old vacuum cleaner box in our basement. It doesn’t see the light of day very often. The gift bags and tissue (what I normally use for gifts) are stored in a plastic tote which works okay except that some stuff gets shuffled around and bent. I would much rather have a Wrap It bag!
Vicki Wurgler says
I just store mine in the closet

I currently store it in one of those totes designed for wrapping paper, except the lid does not fit on it because not all wrapping paper is created equal.

I seriously throw mine in the closet. my daughter steals it (she LOVES “gifting”). it doesn’t work 🙂
Laura says
Right now we store ours in our storage building in the back yard. It’s just kind of thrown in there. It doesn’t really bother me necessarily, but I can see how it will probably get on my nerves before too much longer. I prefer my things to be organized, and currently I don’t have anything to make it be just that!

We store ours in a plastic container in a closet. It works okay but I would love it to be really easy to access and clean. Plus having everything in one place would be so helpful.
