I love Totsy- I like that they often have girl and boy versions of the same outfit, which makes it easy to find matchy-matchy stuff for my boy/girl twin babies.
I purchased several Chuggington train sets for my son for Christmas! The price even beat what ToysRUs is selling the same sets on Black Friday. All of my order came in when they said it would.
HATE TOTSY!!! They shipped me half my order, never indicating that they were missing anything.I waited a couple days to see if the rest would arrive and when I didn’t get anything, they said they could issue me a five dollar credit. What kind of business can just make that kind of mistake and then pretend like it hadn’t happened. I think they would’ve been happy to keep my money for nothing. Do NOT do business with them. Check out their other reviews and the bbb first.
