Which probably means that I’ll realize something important is missing about an hour before the Christmas Eve service and find myself at Walmart panicking with throngs of other people. Ha!
I actually just crossed an important hurdle related to the holiday season for me, and that is paying a credit card bill. My bills for November and December are usually pretty rough since Christmas purchases are all over them. They are painful to pay, and I’m happy to report that November’s has been paid. While I was online paying it, Darah asked me what I was doing. My response, “Mommy’s slaying a dragon, sweetie.” It sort of felt that way!
As I was going over my statement, though, it occurred to me that I’m definitely not very organized. I don’t have all of my receipts in one place where I could go back and double check purchase amounts. I was going off memory alone.

I started changing passwords when I got notice from websites that my email information was stolen. I have used a couple different passwords now I find myself having to try 2 – 3 passwords before I can get into my own accounts.
Passwords are a pain. I have forgotten them but not the really important ones! They are all written down and if I lose that I’ll really be in trouble!
Yes, I have issues sometimes. On occasion, I will remember the numbers but get the order confused when it comes to combination locks. I have gotten frustrated online a few times with passwords, especially ones that require both caps and numbers in it.
I typically remember passwords and combinations. I can tell you my high school locker combo many, many years later.
In high school I put a lock on my locker and forgot the combo. The locker contained my bag that had all of my stuff.
Nothing too serious, but I’ve had to call my bank numerous times to reset mine.

A trick I learned was to replace letters with numbers that look similar. For example, if you used the word SPIGOT as a password, you have it as SP160T.
I have forgotten passwords but not had much trouble because of it.
I forget them all the time!!!! And what a pain to retrieve passwords, especially when you thought you knew it, but they added a capital letter must have into it!!!

Just today actually I couldn’t get into my yahoo account. It took a bit but I recovered it!
I have lost passwords before and they had been registered to an old address or phone number so it was hard to retrieve them since my contact info was different.

I forget passwords often, but I do try to write them down in a password book now. I have also had to cut off locks though in the past.
