An Amazing Exercise Technique: Yamuna Body Rolling GIVEAWAY!!!

    the pregnancy and post partum {especially with the upper body slouch and spine} that she mentions is a problem when nursing. that has been really sore for me. i am 24 weeks right now, so this could be very beneficial!
