Me, too! I can still remember when it was no big deal for me to only get 5 hours of sleep and it was no big deal to have 3 hours of dance lessons back-to-back. But my body just doesn’t work like that, anymore! I find myself to be stiff more often now, and I’ve also noticed that my posture isn’t what it used to be.

the pregnancy and post partum {especially with the upper body slouch and spine} that she mentions is a problem when nursing. that has been really sore for me. i am 24 weeks right now, so this could be very beneficial!
