This is a highly controversial dish in the House of M. I LOOOOVE it, and Tim only likes it ok. Given the fact that it is pizza, for Tim to only like it ok is really saying something. It’s really all about the vinegar. Tim doesn’t like the taste of it. Any ideas for how we can re-create this pizza and lose the red wine vinegar???

what about apple juice instead of the vinegar.. or maybe even the pear-infused vinegar they sell at schunks…
this pizza is a favorite at our house.
apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar might change the taste enough for his liking, or you could use 1 tbsp instead of 2 and add a little olive oil in its place. If that makes it worse I'm sorry; I tried!
Sounds good. You could replace the vinegar and mustard with a pesto sauce. Or just try olive oil mixed with the mustard to cut back on the acidic taste.
