For the longest time, my family didn’t really eat pork. We didn’t have religious or dietary reasons for doing so. It just honestly wasn’t really on our radar. We were chicken and turkey folk, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with that. But a few years ago I participated in a challenge where I used a different cut of pork each week and tried out some new recipes, and we haven’t looked back since! Now pork is a regular part of diet, and we are always on the look out for great pork recipes. I hope this list of yummy finds helps you discover some great new ways to enjoy the other white meat!

Yum. We have recently begun eating more pork as well but we kind of go in cycles of all chicken, all lean cuts of beef, all pork, etc. One meat at a time. I really think that now pork is one the most versatile meats out there.
