  3. Christmas has always been about family for me. This year, my daughter is almost two and although she doesn’t quite “get it” yet, she’s definitely been picking up on everyone’s excitement. Every day she tells me how “pibby” (pretty) the tree is & make me show her the “whoo!” (our owl tree topper). And this year she’s even getting interested in the gifts under the tree. I can’t wait to see her reaction to what Santa brings her!

  8. I would have to say that my favorite thing about winter is drinking hot chocolate on Christmas day in my pajamas with my kiddos and my gf, and watching the boys open their presents.

  15. I love Christmas eve when our family gets together and we observe all the old family traditions of the past, with exchanging gifts, remembering the old times, and especially enjoying all of the special Christmas foods we’ve enjoyed since we were kids.

  24. I love the Christmas Eve service at church. There is always a lot of great music, and it is so nice to celebrate Christ’s Birth with my wonderful friends and family.

  69. I love to turn all the lights off except the Christmas tree lights and sit on the couch and enjoy the beautiful tree! I also love sharing my daughter’s excitement of the holiday! Being with family is probably the best part!

  105. I love everything about Christmas. I love the lights and decorations, the music, spending time with family, shopping for gifts, cooking and baking, and watching my sons face light up with joy Christmas morning opening presents.
