guilt free chocolate - Stuff Parents Need

Thanks to Foodie.com for partnering with me for today’s post about yummy guilt-free chocolate recipes. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The hardest part about working on weight loss has been, without question, becoming more intentional about what I put in my body. I thought I would hate having to work out 6 days a week the most. Nope! I mean, I don’t like that, but I would honestly do twice as much working out if it meant that I could eat anything and everything that I wanted. I have a terrible sweet tooth, you guys. TERRIBLE.

But it turns out that you can still incorporate sweet treats into your meal plan, as long as you exercise a bit of creativity. I put together this list of guilt-free chocolate desserts for my own sake, and I thought some of you out there might enjoy having access to the list, as well.
