I’m always excited to have the opportunity to hang out with my blog readers for a while. And of course its a bonus if there are prizes to be won while we chat!

There’s just such an opportunity this Thursday, July 19th from 7-8pm EST. Please come play with me at the #PlatesofPork Twitter party, hosted by the National Pork Board and The Motherhood. We are going to be hamming it up (hee hee!) and talking about recipe ideas for pulled pork, which this Southern gal absolutely ADORES!

And yes, there will be some GREAT prizes. Five prize packs will be given away throughout the hour, based on responses to really fun trivia questions. Each prize pack has a $20 Walmart gift card (score!), a slow cooker, cutting board, three-piece BBQ tool set and a sauce bucket/brush. Heck yes you want to win!

Remember last month when I featured all those delicious and healthy recipes using different cuts of pork? I had so much fun with that campaign, and I’m excited to tell you that the fun is continuing this month with a Twitter party! Your truly will be one of the co-hosts along with the National Pork Board and The Motherhood. We are celebrating March, which is Nutrition Month! What better way to do so than by talking about all the lean cuts of meat that come from pork!

Join me on March 13th from 7-8pm EST as we discuss how we develop and maintain healthy habit and ensure that our meat choices are lean and full of flavor! We’ll get to dish on recipes that we have enjoyed (like the ones featured last month!).
