The books actually first were published by Scholastic in 1986. The tv series premiered in 1994. I remember watching The Magic School bus with kids I would babysit. Even as a teenager, I always learned something when I watched an episode!

It’s all about the world’s coolest teacher, Ms. Freizzle, who takes her students on AMAZING travels all over the world in her magic school bus.
