Thanksgiving is in 33 days. That means that in 34 days you are going to start looking for turkey recipes for all those leftover! But my friends, if you typically only eat turkey around the holidays, I want to encourage you to really think outside the bird this year, and try some dishes that use turkey in creative and very delicious ways. I’ve got a list of 12 below that are sure to surprise, delight and please your family.

I tend to eat turkey mostly on thanksgiving but will purchase a turkey or two during the year. However my only recipe is turkey casserole, so this is a great thing to see.
