Any My Little Pony fans out there? We LOVE MLP, and are even currently reading the Adventures of Daring Do, which as you may know is Rainbow Dash’s favorite book series. I don’t blame her; they are super fun!

Today (July 30th) is the mid-season premiere of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, airing at 11:30am EST on Discovery Family Channel. It will be followed by a mini-marathon of friendship-themed episodes. No cable? No worries! The episodes will be available on iTunes, Google Play and Amazon starting July 31st.

How to #FrienditForward

Between now and August 31st, Hasbro is going to be looking for acts of friendship online through social media posts that are tagged with #FriendshipisMagic and #FrienditForward. If you post something with those two hashtags, Hasbro will make a $1 donation (up to $50,000) to generationOn, which is the youth division of Points of Light. On this website you can also find helpful tools and resources to engage in acts of friendship through service opportunities.

• PINKIE PIE: Make a special gift for a friend’s birthday!
• FLUTTERSHY: Offer to take your friend’s pet out for a walk!
• RARITY: Let a friend borrow your favorite outfit for a special occasion!
• APPLEJACK: Bake a delicious apple pie for a friend!
• TWILIGHT SPARKLE: Create a list of must-read books for a friend going on a summer trip!
• RAINBOW DASH: Accomplish an athletic goal with your best friend, like a 5K race or a hike!
