I’ve been a customer of theirs since Aug. ’08. I found their service to be inexpensive but unremarkable. They’ve changed their website and no require registration. No big deal, right? But, after laboriously filling in all the prescription data, I tried twice to order, but their online registration form failed to go to the next page. No billing info data boxes loaded. I used their online chat box, but was not given any solutions. Moreover, their customer service “tone” has always been very brusque. It’s as if they don’t really care about customers individually, as long as their bottom-line sales numbers are solid. I’m online now looking for a different merchant, that’s why I came across your site.
