When your morning starts by hunting down the most awesome holiday pies you can find, then you know you have a cool job. That’s exactly how my day started, friends, and now I have 13 pies that I need to figure out a way to make between now and New Year’s Day so that I can fit them all into the holidays. I think I can do it!
I love pecan, pumpkin and apple pies as much as the next person, but I thought it would be fun to shake up tradition a bit and find some totally new recipes to try that will still be delightful in every way. I think I found just that! Take a look at my curated collection and see if there’s something that needs to find its way to your dinner table in the near future!
Buttermilk pie and the sugar cream looks pretty good! I love traditional chess pie (Kyle’s favorite), but I don’t know how I’d feel about a peanut butter chess pie. Seems like it might be crazy rich!
