When your morning starts by hunting down the most awesome holiday pies you can find, then you know you have a cool job. That’s exactly how my day started, friends, and now I have 13 pies that I need to figure out a way to make between now and New Year’s Day so that I can fit them all into the holidays. I think I can do it!

I love pecan, pumpkin and apple pies as much as the next person, but I thought it would be fun to shake up tradition a bit and find some totally new recipes to try that will still be delightful in every way.
