Lately I’ve really been a rut when it comes to feeding Darah. She’s got some chompers now, and her taste buds are certainly ready for more flavors than they were a few months ago. But I’m finding that the food we are eating can be really hit or miss with her. I also am more diligent with her about making sure she has all the nutrients she needs. I can’t say that the meals I prepare for myself are as balanced. Just being honest about that.
When I was preparing baby food for Darah, I was on top of my game. I made so many delightful recipes for her and then pureed them to perfection in my Beaba babycook. To be honest with you, I’m still making baby food for her, though it isn’t nearly as smooth, now. Sometimes I feel guilty that I’m not giving her as many “big girl” food options as I should!
